Robert Liubicic

Robert is a veteran commercial litigator with more than 20 years of experience handling a wide variety of high-dollar business disputes. Robert was most recently a partner at Milbank LLP, where his practice focused on investment management, securities, bankruptcy, business torts, corporate governance, and SEC regulatory litigation. Robert earned a J.D. from Columbia Law School where he was a James Kent Scholar, and a B.S. from Cornell University. He was a law clerk to Judges Robert Katzmann and Wilfred Feinberg of the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. He is currently licensed to practice law in the States of New York and California.
